i thought you might have added the option to REPLY to a support ticket.

we all know how much easier that would be to keep issues under controle.

what are you afraid of?

The same thing happened to me today. They havent fully tested the support tickets and memo functionality for the new website. Suport requested additional info from me as well but no way to respond without creating a new ticket.

I created a new ticket, copy and pasted the 1st ticket into new ticket, added new info, then the website crashed when I tried to submit the ticket. Then I attempted to send out memo to two Team NF mods and had the memo function crash by only sending the first 2 sentences of a lengthy message.
