Rebuilt with new technology. The luxury remains as when it was built in 1912.
They planned for the ship to sail in 2016.

People don't think before they type? How about N.Ireland doesn't want the contract to build it, Or how about 100years later They don't build cruise Liners like in the pass? Regardless of where its being build its gonna be a most see. And hope i live to visit it in new york.

Labor cost way less.
China is the 1st world's steel production as well as the third coal mining extract. It is much more convenient to build the ship there. Since they can supply themselves and can heat process all the metals over there.
Having Ireland building would just burn off his wallet and all the trouble they will have.

Titanic Vs. Iceburg: The Homecoming
Order on PPV now and get a special chilly waters discount.
If they made another attempt at a record breaking cruise liner it'd be nice, but a modern titantic would just be another cruise liner. And it'd probably charge 3x the rates for it's "historic voyages." or voyage in it's case

Yes, the fact that the original was built in Ireland and now the next Titanic is being built in China is quite a smack in the face to the people of Ireland. Maybe they can build it on a lake and make a museum out of it. I guess a cheap, near slave labor force, is more economical!

Just to get them mad I gonna setup up millions of icebergs all around of china and they gonna be submerged and when Titanic II comes I gonna pop them up and sink it all over again.....
Well no I wont do that but would be odd if its sunk again (wouldent surprise me if it did).
05. 03. 2012 11:23
This time it will sink right after completion. Lol jk.
No, the Shadows will blow it up. And the next one. The fourth will just disappear.

Good. Carnival can use this to replace the Concordia.Good luck finding a crew. As supersticious as sailors are, even today, most wouldn't step foot on the thing.
The 5th will be our last, best hope for peace?
