And 90% of the time I have HE left at the end of the game.

Nagato IMO has a bigger ammot problem than Alsace.

ohhhh im not complaining on attacks i can go as far as 300k-400k..im after on binds loaded..not all the time you can hit your target...3 binds HE 1 bind AP is lil bit short for quads.

The Alsace ammo problem is being fixed. I would like to thank the OP for his participation in the Test server discussion and the official tests (If you can't tell if it is sarcasm, it is).

The Alsace spread buff was toyed with, but deemed too strong, and taken back.

The DP was increased, with the submergence decreased (In my opinion, it should have been decreased further:-

BB5 Alsace:- 4x 18.89"/45 cal Model 1936
DP Increased from 28550 -> 30500
R Space Increased from 500 -> 510
Gun level reduced from 105 -> 100.
Shells per bind increased from 30 -> 40.
Weight per bind reduced from 200 -> 160
Ship Cost: 2895000 -> 4200000
T space: Large: 112-> 153
T space: Small: 57 -> 86

(Those are the last set of changes I could find, but who knows if things were ninja'ed in as the last project was utter chaos).
