  • Why, SDE?

Why do you feel a need to have only one game mode at a time worth playing? It would've been perfectly acceptable to increase GB1 to be equal with GB2, but instead you felt the need to nerf GB2 into the ground. Why? What's wrong with having 2 playable game modes? Is variety just that hard for you guys to comprehend?

After playing a few games last night, why should SDE bother to try to make anyone happy is beyond me. The vast majority just join a room, alt-tab and then just hold down F. Doesn't matter what game mode it is since the same thing always happens.

Only reason I think they changed anything was because the the stupidly high rate that people crash or lose connection. The only way I was enjoying myself last night was sailing to the back and retreating whenever my teams' CV were useless which was 4 times out of the 5 that I played.

Watching the CVs get nuked made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

It is SDE's fault though. They didnt have to lower the ship count on GB2, they could've kept it the same.

People usually wait to fill the BB/CV slots before starting the game. By lowering the ship count, you help games start faster. GB2 was averaging 6-7 min of waiting time... that had to stop.

Except they raised it for GB1, so now everybody plays GB1. Clearly what people want is more ships.

More ships; more leeched EXP.

What people didn't want were flagships fictory-ing, rushing. disconnecting, leeching, sitting at spawn or anything where they were sunk because they couldn't be bothered to pay attention.

True at the beginning. Now after a few days, I've been talking with a lot of people and they are playing GB1 because of the fast start and the good exp/hour ratio... number of ships isn't in the equation for those people anymore.
