That's because people always waited for 20 BB's. You didn't have to, as soon as you hit the 120% cap, people were cool to roll out.

lets look at the level difference shall we ?

t4 fighters level 100

t5 scouts level 120

as you have said countless times yourself the exp from 103-120 is about the same as 0-100

in other words t5 scouts should get their levels fixed same with t4 fighters if t5 scouts were to get nerfed bellow t4 ftr
