Hmm what a coupel of whiners.
Would you say this in a real sea battle we lost a sailor,officer or whatever you lose on the ship you can restore him from the battle ever.
They have tried to make this game realistic thats why they got crew death, as it's in real combat where ever you are air,ground or sea you lose men always. Easy way to fix that in the game or to minimum the chances for crew death is a medic or setup youre ship on a diffrent way so they get more defense (as IRL).
Or as we other just press ctrl+shift+esc=control panel shut down Navyfield whips you get the sailors back.
You either have to chose to get the exp,creds,points and lose the sailors or lose the exp,creds,points and get the sailors back SDE wont change it for that while go complet retarded game.

Dude go into the military,navy or air force and see how many some die there (not so many in the navy or the airforce).

It's dose but they can never bring them back.
Usally under WWII 1 shoot killed or wounded atleast 1-2 sailors.
