Shouldnt the nelly have blockshot?

I always remembered the nelly having blocking quads when i fought them in the beta and whatnot.

No.

Nelly with Nelly guns doesn't have blockshot.

Nelly with KGV guns, yes.

on the L2 range.... is that the level 100 or level 110 guns? 

and does the level 110 guns still have the lesser of the two ranges still, or was that fixed/patched/changed? (as per the chart updated in 2011 by  Foder4Canonz)

From my experience level 110 guns still have lesser of the two ranges still.

Plus it's a lot heavier; and shell damage seems to suffer from a bug so it doesn't hit as hard as level 100 guns although the figure of shell damage is higher than that of level 100 guns.

So just stick to 100 guns. Don't bother with 110 guns.
