        I just recently had a debate with Team NF Mod " Charles87".  We discussed the use of victory, celebration macros.
The type of macros you press when you sink the Flagship, or sink the BB6 with your BB5.  The type of macros you spam
when your fighters wipe out the enemey and control the entire section of the frontlines.  The type of macros you might
spam when you sink Starluck, or as in this case the type of macro Starluck spams never more then once at a time, but
sometimes more then once per battle because:

Everyone knows Starluck always takes the middle front and has an escort ship marking his location the entire trip
through the middle zone.  Most ASW and sub players want to sink Starluck and therefor they to go middle.  If Starluck
wins a 1 v 2 or 1v3 in sub battles expect my victory macro:  "There can be only one SS-Superstar". 

If Starluck fights subs plus a score of ASW ships and BBs firing HH and dodges 30 - 50 volleys per GB2, sinks all
the ASW ships, all the subs that challenge, expect my victory macro.  Cry all you want, complain all you want. 
Submit as many tickets as you want.

Charlest87 & I agree that:

#1  There is no spam / harrasment violation unless the macro is press more then once at  time, even though there is or
was a built in rule that blocked out text chat for 3 minutes if macro is pressed 3 times or more in a short amount of time.

#2  Starluck is not violating any rules of NF by pressing his macro every once in a while and never more then once in a row,
max of # of a few times per battle after a challenge situational tactical win.

Everyone is after those on top regardless the job, game, politics, goverment, ect.  Except people to claim because
they can, but just because people complain dont make them morally right or wrong.  The rules are the rules.
