I think only L100+ players should be able to reap loyalty rewards for the game.



100% dont agree, you also want to keep your newcomers loyal and wanting to stay, they shouldnt be treated any different then ppl who have been playing for years

Plain and simple, Honor Medals are a player loyalty reward.  Newcomers show loyalty and earn their subsequent reward through purchasing premium items.  If you give them to everyone equally, the concept of loyalty is completely lost.  That's all there is to understand about it.
