When a single player breaks a rule and can be identified, then they will be asked to retreat. Refusal will cause them to be disconnected from the server with no further penalty to the team.

When an incident causes an enemy ship to be sunk, the enemy team will be offered a restart with the remaining ships; The ship that was sunk may return. Any previously sunk ships and the offender are unable to return.

If the enemy team wishes to continue, they can do so, and the points penalty will be applied to the enemy team. The CO (or XO if the CO is away) must make this decision within one minute, or it is assumed they wish to carry on.

Penalty Points:-
Mine Usage:- 10 points Penalty for the first offense in the league, 20 points penalty thereafter.
Smoke Usage:-  10 points Penalty for the first offense in the league, 20 points penalty thereafter.
T5 Scout Usage:- 10 points Penalty for the first offense in the league, 20 points penalty thereafter.

These points penalty can also be applied to any rule breakage deemed neccessary by the events organisers.

All matches will be recorded and released on the ONF Youtube Channel. Releases will be made as soon as the video is finished. All team chat will be removed if possible. Video's will be released as soon as possible; This is to prevent accusations of people colluding in tactical discussions, and also means you will have to take this into account in your own tactics.

Any teams found to be abusing these rules or conspiring against the integrity of the league will be swiftly removed from it; We sign up for fair play, not cheating/exploiting/hacking.

As always, rules and regulations are subject to change upon discussion with the organisers.

it would be possible to live stream if you would play 2 rounds. then you could stream on each team once in one match. thats how it is done in BF2, CS and many more games in leagues. but in NF i dont see a live stream working well. just more complains and such sissy stuff

I run streams for the competitions I run in 100+ people LAN parties; The only reason they work is because it is delayed, and there isn't a gain for seeing loadouts as they can be changed mid match, and the fast pace of the game means that info achieved from the stream is very out of date and already known by both sides by the time it is aired.

If a team wants to do their own live stream and allow others to watch it, that is their choice, because it can possible put them at a disadvantage. However, it will not be official as it can be abused against them; I will let them make the choice.

What I meant, originally, was to broadcast it in game so other fleets knew about it, other then the forum troll fleets that are signed up, but instead of correcting LJ, and getting into a correction war over it, I just said screw it, let them think what they want to think. but of course some jack offs have to put in there 2 cents.

So there is my 10 cents.

Please, no arguments here. We all are wanting the same thing!

I've got the Schedule nearly finished, just need to assign teams to each slot; Got a full day of lectures today so it will not be released until later.
