I suggest
(1) regarding to BB:
require hits counts > amount of main gun, to get a full reward.
(so 3 triples main guns at least 9 savos hits)
(2) regarding to DD/CL/CA/BB:
-increase repair base cost 30%
-mutiply all ship base reward for these check flag:
victory 15%,
launching scout once 15%,
AA hits once 15%,
SS hits once 15%,
survivals 15%
3 highest attack/3 highest damage taken 15%
premium 40%
(Currently, all ship reward is 20% more only for hitting SS once.)
*causal playing AA ship is not affected, AA some, launch a scout and then lose the game
*but causal playing on BB ship is discoveraged, shot a few didn't hits, no AA, no scout and then lsoe the game
(3) regarding CV:
require certain amount of plane launch to get full reward
example (600s game time / (8 launcher x10 sec loading) ) x 8 pilot = 60 plane
full reward at 75% (45 plane), no reward at 10% (6 plane)
(4)
base on the reward bonus, event boost now drop from 200% to 100%
