SS5 needs playable in GB/GB2. If you turn them into snails, then the chances that SS get 0 damage in GB/GB2 will only go up. That certainly sounds like a worse play experience than now, especially if you're grinding the already horrible SS xp.

SS5 need to be lethal ships - Not harassment ships. Play with base speeds and remove the speedcap, reduce the airtime by 25%, reverse the reload changes, decrease their dp substantially, slightly increase usable displacement, reverse the turning force change and get rid of that bug that changes damage to subs. Give the option of a mine launcher instead of that gun on UK sub - I think support slots need to be looked at as well.

By playing with the base speed, removing the speedcap and reducing airtime, SS would need to go 50 knots surfaced or 42 knots submerged to account for reduced air. Decreased DP would make them submerge sooner and since their shelf life in battle is now lower, the reload changes need to be reversed.

SS is about damage, not harassing.

shouldnt subs rather be slower with more air and stealthier ?

and if this guy got what he wanted.... Rip kaiser and armored ships or overall every bb
