Whilst crashing and disconnects have reduced, there is still work to be done and this will continue alongside the following:

1.  Change to fleet penalty system to avoid players picking up the penalty who leave a fleet to create a squadron with the sole intention of rejining the fleet they left.

2.  Fleet Union system for HA:

-  Allows fleets to unite for a HA.
-  The 'Main' fleet may offer credits to the joining fleet to assist their preparation.
-  Two or more fleets could combine.
-  Once HA completes the Union dissolves automatically.

N.B:  Aiming for June with this but may be later dependent on testing.

3.  Some minor website updates and error corrections.
