how many  penaltization days if you wanted to join other fleet after leaving your past fleet?

Welll..... this is an interesting one. Official is 15 days if you join another fleet, no penalty if your rejoining your fleet you just left (including if you make a squad) however the patch to include the NO PENALTY to rejoin fleet after making squad did not work, and you still receive a penalty- which GMs are refusing to remove.... classy as usual, they mess up and playerbase gets the blame.
