been an issue for years mate, I doubt it will change, they need to have AA not hurt allied planes, but ppl will shoot down your planes to get the enemy ones every time

As Devil said this situation have years and wont be solved in short time.

I agree with your that some players don´t cease fire when a FP squad arrives to dogfight enemy planes, but  it´s also impossible to hit the right planes in middle of planes cloud.

When use CV I try to move out my planes if several friendly AA are in  certain area, looking to intercept incomming enemy instead of fight over own battle line.

AA ships have a limited range, CV´s can move they own planes at will.
