Not sure if i had the same problem, but a couple of days ago I had two coupons, one used, now I have one coupon, one used. Not quite sure how that happened... (I did use one, that's not a surprise, just wish I'd used the second when I had it...)

Nearest I can tell from piecing together the disparate stories:

Some bug added additional EBB coupons to accounts. They eventually figured it out and removed any that they believed to have come from the bug. Anyone who used the coupon(s) had an equal number of future chests disabled to compensate.

In other words, it was best to use the coupon immediately :P

there is a problem. i received my ebb coupon legitimately via the purchase of olives. they took my coupon away.....essentially after i paid for it

1. For some players, the removal doesn't remove the right ship. Some of their coupons, or legit obtained ebbs were removed.

2. For someone like me, due to have 2 coupons (I think I've got 2 desired ships), I spend all of my medals on hero sailors. Now I am "messed" (edited by vk) up..

$DE should notifiy players about those issues before they simply and crudely messed up things. The notification after all does not help players to avoid lost.  

We did not see all of it yet as SDE made even a bigger mess of all this.

I wonder where Vick is in all this... Dont he get payed to monitor NFNA?
