  • Sailor Item Exp 30%?

All:
For some reason, I have 140 EXP + items in my sailor item area. I cant seem to use them. When I click Recieve, it says, "no sailor selected."  I dont even know how to write about this, but the screen doesnt give me the option to select a particular sailor.

Ideas?

They activate automatically whenever you win a battle.  It will be applied to your whole crew, and it uses just one for each win (So not 1 per sailor per win, but 1 per win to be spread over your whole crew).

Go to Items, click on 30% exp and there is a number at the bottom telling you how many you have.
