my guns and loaded but wont shoot, crew is good and eveything i dont understand why there not working

Or different chamber when you loaded it. A chamber or B chamber ? If you mean torpedo man then you have to BVE it because when game starts sometimes it only starting to reload. Different nationality gun/sailor ? Different class of gunner for the gun ? There is a lot of possibility here. More info would help.
