It feels today's exp boost only applies to blitzkrieg, but not GB as claimed on event page?

I got 110k attack in RM EBB3 in GB, and 80k exp for my lvl 90 crew, with FIRST WIN bonus?

And another 120k attack (winning game) in the same RM EBB3 + same crew, with 50k exp and no first win bonus?

Then I played blitz, wow, 2 battles with around 10k attack in Mandel PCA + less than 70k team total attack, and got some 24k exp each battle?

Although it is too late to post this because the exp boost for today will end soon, I still want to remind players that something seems going wrong with the event, although $DE doesn't care.
