plz refresh my memory on levels usable +/- of pilots on cvs vs. cv bos

pilots can't be lower than 15 lvls below ship lvl to be used from what i recall

easy sayed - that means u cannot use CV5 (lvl 96) with lvl 80 pilots aboard for example...when the pilots are over the CV level - there are no restrictions (ex. 120 lvl figters can be used on CV1)
