  • EBB/ECV Coupons?

Hey guys, i just won an EBB/ECV coupon and redeemed it for an enterprise,

Are these coupons garanteed to give the ship? because i have no clue how this works and i redeemed but havent got the ship in item area?

 

I am also only level 56 and redeemed for the Enterprise so im not sure if thats why it didnt show up

Ingame, you have to click on the "items" button, and then on "ships". Scroll down until you find your Enterprise in yellow and click on "receive".

For some reason i didnt get the enterprise showing up as yellow :O and ive exited the game a few times, so should i send a ticket or just wait a couple hours?

I won an EBB Coupon on my second try. 4 then a 1. haha.

Anyway. I redeem for Valiant. Didn't show :( Darn.

I just got my Enterprise after a ticket :D.

Now i just have to level up the last 15 or so levels
