in my opnion was well enhanced.

the sailor worked well since the level 12 will always be the best in the game.

It doesn't look like the 115 Legend Sailors receive any experts or veterans after being classed.

So, in other words, they're pretty much junk. Unless that's a SNAFU on SDE's part, anyone willing to fork over $200 would be better served by spending half one week and the other half the next, and getting a second, vastly superior, Special Sailor that they can level up to 115-120 fairly quickly with the event going on - along with doubling up on all the other bonuses.

Well, that's a relief, actually. A BB6 level high-vet sailor available for free would unbalance things further. It probably is a good idea to make him into a BVE BO only.

You have to pony up quite a bit for it. And the maximum guaranteed is 5, which requires spending nearly $1000 over 5 weeks. Very few will come from the board, so few, if any, people will even manage a full crew's worth, and we don't know if these will even be added to the honor medal store. They don't have to. And they would be quite expensive even if they did.

I agree that I don't like the idea of just giving away a pre-packaged BB6 crew, but the point is they're doing it, and if they are, there should be some value relative to the cost. At present, it's an insult.

If it where up to me the Legend Sailors would be Legend with +15 for support, seeing that a Hero is +14....
