Cause we never chat in all chat to repesct fair play, arguin, etc. Officers discuss it with officers, that should be the policy of all the fleet. but as you say "no one said anything" if you are in a dsync how can you see what they are saying?
Actions speak louder than words. We look for ships not being fired upon on both sides, we look for ships shooting at nothing, we look for ships not reacting to each other. There are a hundred and one little signs when a tile desyncs, and we look for them all.
Chat is checked as well, although sides typically use team chat, occasionally an all chat call out of desync is seen and heeded. PMs to our officer core are given close scruitney and acted upon accordingly.
Excepting a couple mass crashes we had to suffer through, this was a fairly stable HA, with no crappy moves on either side.
On this, I say GG to AA.
