dormant = sleep mode?

if you or someone with access to your accout put it in sleep mode not a lot.

you can try sending a support ticket and asking a GM to remove it.

there is also a russian speaking section of the regional forum, should you find it easier to post in russian.

Можешь попробовать написать в саппорт:
contact support->"more"->contact us->general questions
Далее описываешь проблему.
Вместо dormant лучше писать sleep mode
