Why would 4 120 engies with over 700 experts and 150+ vets on each only push the prem BB Shinano at 13 knts, but Amagi 39 knts static, no other crew, armor etc?

Are you using right engine for ship? check engine selection and make sure you use one with highest power

My bad, after all these years...Yes had the wrong engine...42 is much better.  ty
