Look at what they have done from November. 

After the autumn event, they messed up the halloween dropping event by giving huge amount of elites.

Then there was a never working exp boost 300% for low level and 150% for all sailors. Only 300% fo low level sailors was working at the first. Then they make both working for a week. After that, there was a short period with no exp boost.

They suddenly released the winter event and end the exp boost early. The beginning of the winter event was a disaster. All bb6 guns and SS guns were bugged.  People used bb6 guns on bb5s. They made a first fix which allowed 14 deck 2R QVs runs with no gun Charlis. In addition to that, the event page was bugged. Some of lucky guys finished a week of bingo in a day....

Seriously, I would understand SDE put their good guys in NF2 since it is the new game. However, what the hell are those people left for NF1. It looks like they've recurited some brand new interns to maintain NF1....
