As requested I have raised the game stability/crashing issue and I can report back that
yes these issues are constantly being worked on and our GMs in Korea beat up the Devs
about it on practically a daily basis for us. As always, the challenge is one of
configurations with the plethora of windows versions and system setups that we face in the
PC world. Consequently, there is unlikely to be one silver bullet that solves the issues
for all and for those lucky ones that dont need a silver bullet it is working out why
their's works fine.

To try and get some data together it might help if forum readers can answer the following
questions for us:

OS in use:

CPU in use:

RAM installed:

When you crash:

Type of crash (freeze, crash out of program, have to restart machine, etc):

Wired Internet: Yes or No

Do you use alt+tab in order to go to your desktop? If yes, when?

Thanks in advance.

DeadEye1989
OS in use: Widows XP SP 3 Currently, (Due to problems with Vista/7 Used older OS to get it
working proper)

CPU in use: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 Ghz

RAM installed: 4Gb

When you crash: During battles, rough timeline seen below.

Type of crash: Game randomly crashes to desktop, occurs once every 5 battles or so. Also
game lags out for 20 second periods before re-connecting once every 3-4 battles.

Wired Internet: Yes

Do you use alt+tab in order to go to your desktop? If yes, when? Waiting Room mostly,
After being sunk in battle. And I use the windows button and it doesn't seem to be a major
factor positive or negative on crashing.

StratosGR
OS in use: Windows XP 32bit
CPU in use: Athlon 64 x2 4600+
RAM installed: 2GB

When you crash: randomly.

Type of crash:
FREEZE: Very often after double clicking to start the game, it freezes (black screen)
Pressing windows key then killing the exe from the task manager and start the game again
,it works.
CRASH: Crashing to desktop when in battle and sometimes at the beggining, right after the
countdown.
CRASH: Crashing with a pop up window saying that there's a problem with C++ debbuger.

Wired Internet: Yes

I use the Window key in my keyboard (not alt+tab) but that doesnt seem to affect the
ingame crashes (crashing happens even when i didnt used it)

Example:

OS in use: Windows 7 (64-bit) one machine, Vista on another

CPU in use: Intel Core2 Du E8400 @3.00GHz, other machine: Intel Core2 T7250 @2.00 GHz

RAM installed: 4Gb both machines

When you crash: Rarely but when it happens it is first battle after logging in and game
refuses to load in to the room.

Type of crash (freeze, crash out of program, have to restart machine, etc): Loading
failure. Have to ctrl+alt+del, shut down the game and restart. Game will normally then
run without issue. Machine one only.

Wired Internet: Yes

Do you use alt+tab in order to go to your desktop? If yes, when? Yes, when uploading
screenshots for reports.
