There could be xp shared to the guys scouting when a ship is killed due to the sight of the scout.

And how would u plan the xp is given out? EXP/sec?

Well it could just be on a couple of percent of the ships sunk that it's scouting over. that way people wouldnt hide scouts just to gain xp.

yep xp for scouting by ftrs or scouts its good idea. I should it could work, becouse now we have too many useless noobs on bw cvs which leach on other cvs and on other teammates

so for more xp .. all you need to do is launch your scouts and then border hump circle them on YOUR back border to keep them in the air as long as possible while teh time racks up xp for you ? .. cool .. yet another way for failboats to leech xp ...

and what about fighters and bombers that 'scout' as well .. ?? ..... do they get a bonus too ??

The purpose of it is to have them over the enemy ships and you only gain XP while they/re lighting up the enemy or they are sunk. I wrote further up but probably not clear enough, That this would stop people moving them to the back of the map and gaining XP as you have pointed out.
There should be a bonus for scouting so that lower lvl ships can be involved.
You can scout all game and really aid in your team winning but be in a CL or BB1 and not get very good XP.
