Every older in-game nation including France has PCL/gunboats...
I'd like to include a Russian one that's not the Ryurik, Bogatyr, or Pallada (those have T slots so they can't be PCLs)
When the USSR gets a PCL, I'm buying it.
Who's with me?
I think that the closest Russian Ship I could find to a PCL is this one; The Admiral Ushakov Class Monitor Gunboat.
General characteristics
Type: coastal defense ship
Displacement: 4,971 long tons (5,051 t)
Length: 87.3 m (286 ft 5 in)
Beam: 15.85 m (52 ft 0 in)
Draught: 5.9 m (19 ft 4 in)
Propulsion: 2 shaft vertical triple expansion steam engines 4-8 cylindrical coal-fired boilers 5,750 ihp (4,290 kW) 450 tons coal
Real Life Speed: 16 knots (18 mph; 30 km/h)
Complement: 404
Real Life Armament: 3 or 4 - 10 in (254 mm) guns 4 × 1 - 4.7 in (120 mm) guns 6 × 1 - 47 mm (2 in) 3-pounder guns 10 × 1 - 37 mm (1.5 in) 1-pounder guns 4 × 15 in (381 mm) above water torpedo tubes
Suggested Armament: 2 double 8" guns, to balance it with the other PCLs
Suggested Speed: Comparable to other PCLs, compensating for Russian ships' high speed in NF

Yes it is. However I can name maybe 10 or 11 USSR ships currently in use in NF which were of that era already, therefore this is not an issue.

nope, no issue,

bayern = German ww1 super dreadnaught
tiger = UK ww1 battlecruiser
texas = never heard
dhomburi = is it exist?

if this gonna be SN CL, keep the gun below twin 10, the real version have two twin 10

the Dhonburi is the only ship that actually existed even close to how it is portrayed in the game it belonged to Siam as a coast defence ship i think it had 2 10 inch double turrets but i would have to check my Janes it was built for Siam by the Japanese and then later sank by them as well

I think the main reason why there is no pcl yet is because of the bogatyr, pallada, and rurik. they are all small and have two big guns... -__-

The Rurik is more or less a PCL...

And like the post above mine, SN already have a few PCL like ships.

there have been 4 ships with the name Texas. the one that best applies to the one in game would be the pre-dreadnought battleship built in the early 1890s. She wasn't even used in WWI, used as gunnery target starting in 1911 through 1959.
