This sounds good but might have huge problems...

Kaiser is very different from Nebby ; however i would like to see some kinda of chart as when people are online the most peak hours and the amount of players on the server...

This will not happen because SDE refuses to see how bad it has goten we have merged a server once and might have to do it again with no sign that the server pop will not drop after TOR & 7 continents of battleships, comes out

Kaiser needs a LIL bump in activity this should even it out :)

I dont see any issue in kaiser server population, really we just need a bit more people to move out of SS/PCA and play BB.

I would rather see effort put toward adverts to bring more newcomers.

I've already contacted support asking for a transfer(and was told not possible at this time).
Partly,it's the level of activity on kaiser.
But my main reason is I've got a friend on nebraska.
He's got sailors I want,I've got sailors he wants-if we were both on the same server we could trade,and both of us would be happier.

I believe kindnugz recently was granted a transfer from nebraska server to kaiser.

i hope jedi comes to kaiser :)
