Well simple Idea kinda stolen from several shooters.
Setting: -Both teams start at a base location. -Alpha on the farest right of the map near an harbor, Beta on the farest left. (This harbor is conquerable by the enemy team) -4 Control Point Islands in the middle ( neutral at the beginning, but also conquerable). -Conquering of Flags starts when a ship enters a certain area near the Flag -The more ships are near the flag, the faster the own team Flag is raised.
Rules: -Each team get's a certain number of tickets which is counted down every time a player respawns at the spawn location. -The number of tickets should be relative to the ship size so a BB6 respawning costs a huge amount, while a FF costs nearly nothing. -One team wins if it either controls all the flags or the enemy team runs out of tickets. - Battle ends with either one team winning or time limit of 20 Minutes
Why would this be cool: -Smaller ships would get a much higher value in Battles, because of rushing etc. possibilities. -More tactical options: Is it better to rush a certain Flag or wait and then counter attack?
So you see this is kinda Battlefield, but I think it would be really nice to implement such a game mode in NF.... It wouldn't require tooo much addition and as I said above it would make the game much more fun again for new players or high level players who want to start leveling a new Crew in a DD.
Of course the idea could also be varied a bit and maybe some more balancing rules would be important, but this is only a first draft.
