Patch V 1.331

1. Hedgehog is prohibited in Blitzkrieg and Select mode.

2. Warning message for purchasing SN_APA ship has been added.

3. BB/CV limit in Normal room has been dismissed.

4. Maximum number of players has been corrected to 128 in Normal room.

5. Entry level bug for Blitzkrieg has been fixed.

6. Hot key function (Ctrl+left click) for storage panel has been added.
    When taking out sailors from HQ, you might use this function.

7. Activating minimap grid has been added.
    To activate, F10-Game Option-Activate minimap grid (Hot key-M)

8. Sailors over level 26 cannot choose nationality.

9. HA penalty has been increased from 7days to 10 days

from what i understand instead of being able to declare right away on Monday u can only do it on Wednesday's now?

also correct me if im wrong but isnt Wednesday the last day to declare war on harbors?
