Im a little concerned with all the annonymity throught this whole premium trade. You don't know who bought your sailors or the admin who performed the transaction. Especially frustrating is when a trade error occurs, as in my case.  Could we be directed to something more specific than simply  "contact Support" when premium trade problems occur?

not sure you need to know who brought them, but just the GM name woyuld be a help, but i am sure all the infomation is recorded just not visible

I posted a sale of 5 Elite sailors as INDIVIDUALLY available for 50 olives each, as was repeatedly said in the title and description and each sailors individual pricing. The admin transferred all 5 of them to the buyer for 50 olives. And "support" is trying to blame me instead of the admins inability to read, problem solve or use common sense.

there should be a sticky on what to do in the prem trade listing for the guys who are new to this found it abit confussing at first but a guide can help people

Sounds like you were to lazy to do the math... put the total # of olives valued for all 5 in the final price, you cant them individually off 1 sale post, and there's no reason for them to do extra work then they already have to do Looks they didn't make this trade system tard proof.

Id say this shouldn't be reversed or anything based on pure stupidity.

wait so you put 5 sailors you wanted to sell on the new trade tab and thought i know i will save myself 4 olives and put them on 1 listing and say its a per sailor price and the GM's have nothing better to do than sort that out for me?

i have looked at the sales post you made and on how you regiester stuff for sale, and to be honest i think you have only yourself to blame.
