well, ok i can understand hatred of ss so leave ss penalty there. but who wants to harm a dd/cl/ca? really...and if its some1 doing it on purpose screenie that.

Or maybe remove the penalty for just dd/cl/ca that gets shot due to a cross, that way those fast AA and ASW ships cant be xp threats anymore. but leave the penalty for all ships if they are damaged beyond angle 0

Would be nice if they could turn off the penalty for TK at zero shell travel or degree. Many times new people to the game will cross you in the heat of battle and get shot or a friendly sub will surface under you without your knowledge. I would be happy if only the crosser got that penalty. Alas, I know the outcome of that wish.

Reporta would go up twenty-fold MINIMUM.

If there is a way to eliminate TK penalties when your guns are trained at longer ranges that could work.
