yep, have been looking at it on the 1st day of playing.

i currently have 2 acc gunner (first 2 level i chose ACC) and 2 reload gunner for AA

been playing in FF-X  to train up some engineers and repairers along with a scout to prepare myself for future BB play  (FF play used to be a nightmare when i started playing, now it's actually fun XD)

oh, and everyone talks about SD points (900 SD cap and such)
what is the full name for SD?

and i've read some posts saying US BB needs 5 engineers
so i suppose engineers are like restoreres where their ability can just compensate by having tons of engineers?

PS:@Jimmy the EAC in your ID does it mean Exact Audio Copy?

I think it's soft defense. It's how well your ship can resist damage, I think.

Engineers are so a ship has a higher overheat speed, and a higher overheat duration. Engineers are the most important support on your ship, because they still retain some repair/restore stats along with engineering. the common setups for BBs is 5 engies/ 3 reps (restorers are useless later on) or 4/4.

I always thought it meant "East Australian Current." Must be leftover memories from watching Finding Nemo though >.<

just wondering how exp and credit gain is calculated

most of the time i didnt do much damage (by much i mean over 10K) but still get like 10K credits and 7~8K exp when we won. and at least 3~5K exp when we loss

sometimes i deal 25K damage with only guns (in my brook, each turret has 200 rounds and i empty all of them)..but at last we loss, and i only get 2.5K exp and something like 5K credits. i didnt teamkill. but i can get the same amount of reward for doing like 3~5K damage for lossing, why is that?

Alaska can be a great ship if you use it correctly. DO NOT, and I cannot stress this enough, use the Alaska if your gunners cannot keep the shells together. To have decent spread with the Alaska, make sure you have at least 110 vets and 250 experts. If you don't, then having guns that can do 13k salvos means nothing if you can't even hit your friendly neighborhood Renown.

Again use the 12's this time the L set.

I disagree here, but that's my opinion. In Guam, I equipped the level 59 triple 14" because of a lower high angle (30 compared to the 12" 40) and faster reload time. The only problem is the accuracy. Once you get the 14" you will need an extra 20 vets and a hundred more experts to operate effectively, based on my experience in that ship. BUT, as soon as you hit 61, roll back to the 12" for more range. Range is everything for a fledgling BB.

Help blitz wise?

Use Baltimore instead. Or Cleveland. Or Brooklyn. Or 7" DDX.

good to see fresh meat :D. Jk.

its good that you are playin the game and gonna beome a bb driver as alot of people are.
US is ur main line

When you get to lvl 65. Do NOT go to new mexico, its a crap ship. It has no range, no power and cant hit anything. i reccomend the colorado at lvl 70, its nick name is Mini Monty.
Very fun ship to play in and worth the wait, but i would also use the sevastapool(USN) to get you there.
