  • Will there be an SS6?

Just curious -- we have CV6, BB6, and the SS5's seem to be underpowered for what we were expecting, will there be an SS6?
After all, it would be justice for the BB players who always whine about the power of subs and are gloating over the new change.  (^;
I would like somewhere to continue building my sub BO to.  If not SS6, would it make sense to merge the SS lines into the BB or CV lines?

The lines are set and we are supposed to have SS6 but I highly doubt the powers that be will let us go from SS ---> BB/CV and vice versa

Understandably the SS5 are underpowered for their tier and level... It's too bad testing management didn't address this from the beginning.

right... like subs havent endured enough nerfs already

Name me a real nerf SDE did and not just broken stuff.

If neutral brings you sophist interpretation then that's your problem not mine.

Remember how you fail and accuse me of being bias of PHH player and want to keep them, when I clearly state in PHH thread that they need to be nerf?

There were some more nerfs that were not announced (or I missed the
announcements):
- Air refill time has been capped at 60 seconds.
- Sub torps dud rate has been increaed.
- Sonarman visibility range when submerged was decreased significantly (comparing
Adalbert's guide data with current range).

There are also some "natural" nerfes:
- Expert gain is nonexistant (gained 2 experts after 60 battles last 3 days, using
torpedoes and deck gun),
- Sub crew has "no future" and gains exp extremely low due to level difference
penalty (capped at about 8,5k for my crew now).
- Sub can only take part in Great Battles or sub wars, no Night Mode, Blitzkrieg,
Convoys.

A useless nerf for a real sub player, might have an effect with someone who does not play sub well only.

That was an utter f*****g retarded patch and not a real one. Here is a perfect example of broking one, making Sonar man on DD, FF practically useless

You call planesman a nerf? Seriously, I should carry 10% of my total sailors on any ship. But then buff the rate twice time more efficient.

DC damage increased is just SDE amateur. Another example of broken fix.

SS speed limit is another SDE pathetic. Fast delivery and screw the other s**t.

SS using smoke while diving is more of an exploit. How can you call that nerf.

TLDR: All the stuff you list are not real nerf, but are just stupid fast fix with broken stuff.
