i freakin play this game in my free time, unlike those manualplayer who dont have a life to run, i still have to go to work and do stuff other than sits for hours learning manual for days. so no thanks you, derecomanded.
Actually, give auto-time to the new player no problem. Only you expect them to move on to manual as part of their natural progression.
SDE can work out arrangement with people with disablety.
Small fact : there is a reason once you use manual you want to smash your keyboard if you take a neut ship and forget to switch the FCS to aiming.
Small question : in your free time, since you have so few, wouldn't you enjoy more a few nice challenging game than just being massively smashed by players that took the few hours needed to master aiming? Simply because they can control where their shot land and not you?
Another one : Since you have so few free time, wouldn't you prefer getting your full xp reward for your games?
If all else fails:

Btw, contrary to what you seem to believe, the average NF players is in his/her 20s, completing university or college studies, and/or working. I myself am playing only 3-4 hours a week lately. Strangely, most mastered aiming. I took about 4-5 games to get the hang of it 4 years ago.
