Problem is, that now you are counting out the handicapped players. I have known quite a few people that love playing Navyfield, but can only do so by using auto FCS due to physical limitations. So, no, I am strongly against making auto FCS a premium item.

This debate also came up awhile ago when SDE was adjusting the accuracy revision of auto FCS. It is really a no win situation because either said handicapped people get the short end of the stick, or the people who can't be bothered to learn manual get to exploit it and earn the same as manual people.

Actually, manual TB, correctly done is a lot harder than manual aiming lol.

If you want to use AA on your CV aiming is the only option for this really. The FCS on CVs, I also want to say, has no impact on the possibility to use or not auto-bombing.

SDE can work out arrangement with people with disablety.

This mostly discourages new players from using auto rather than remove it from the game completely which would be a problem for handicapped players.

Like I said it is still accessible even without real money in a way that is as legal as selling an elite sailor. If I know my buddy needs that fcs for some reason to actually play nf, I would gladly give him it the same way I would boost his sailors.

For new players or lazy players, it is as if nf never had an auto system. Those who have never been spoiled by auto will never know the difference.

I'd Say leave Auto FCS as a standard non prem item,
but 10-20 bucks to have the XP penalty removed from all Auto FCS systems, forever

Wow.

How exactly you came to such a bright counterproductive conclusion is beyong any leap of logic I can make.

Bumping.

Noticed other thread is going nowhere so pushing it in a different direction.

Current issue: Removing Auto FCS will purge the lazy but also discriminate the handicapped.

Solution: Keep auto present in game but gradually remove it from new accounts (at DD or CL can be discussed).

Goal: Suppress and discourage its use, while keeping it available for those who need it or really really want it.
