so its only for acc who are banned in the last months? what about older perma bans? is that also possible or totaly not?

Hid that Elliott - no personal attacks in this please.
Anyone with an account under long-term suspension today can request to make an appeal under this process, irrespective of when it was banned in the past.
If someone has a string of offences today and the next one triggers a long-term, indefinite period, suspension then they could be added to this blacklist and request the appeal process at a suitable point in the future.
Accounts previously released from long-term suspension will not be reviewed for reinstatement of suspension unless another offence that warrants a long-term suspension is committed.
Think that answers Qs so far, but shout if I missed any.

I was just curious ,vick11, cause he made an NF video where he was clearly using the Fog of war hack.

well, we don't know for sure, there are MANY things that could have happened: His acc got hacked, One of his friends was on it, (Too many things to list!)

What I meant Vick, was if people could be added to this list if they have been unbanned, but have had a serious hacking/cheating history, so that they can either be watched closely in or flat out banned from the fleet league.

That is not part of the current plan Lj. Given the length of time the game has been running and if you like the principles of rehabilitation of offenders, plus the fact that this is new policy starting now, then we have no plans to backdate the list for those that have been released previously or those accounts still under long-term suspensions.

A "hack" would not be server side.

Could we at least settle on a compromise on past offenders who have committed offences like this multiple times and are obviously not going to change? I do see your point, people do change, however I'm sure you can see mine also.
