Its simply that it should be illegal to use HH in blitz, no subs in blitz so why the hell do they allow them in blitz?

maybe you mean .... nerf for SPLASH .... and not allow in blitz ...

its a CONTACT weapon ... if it lands ON your ship = full damage
if it doesn't land ON a ship (or sub) hit box = it shouldn't explode at all ....

and i been saying all along ... no subs in blitz = no HH in blitz ...

if they can make BB and CV rooms where torps aren't allowed ..
then they should be able to make it so that blitz is non-HH ...

and i strongly believe that regardless fo what else they do or don't do about HH ...
at least their RANGE should be reduced ... BB's can hit subs way outside the subs area of torp range
make it so that you have to get close enough to risk being hit by the sub in order to hit the sub yourself

You should do look at how Hedgehogs work in game... It just launches depth Charges.....

I believe SS1s should be added to blitz, and nerfing HH surface damage.

You do realize from angle about 13 up on HHs there is enough time to Crit Dive from HHs.... Thus if the sub user is paying attention they should have no problems....

strongly agree that ss1 (and even ss2) should be allowed in blitz ....
after all .. almost every ship in there can see them .. so not unfair ....

Ok so make 5" shells do 800 damage a hit, IIRC they both had roughly 35 lbs of explosive atleast if you`re talking about USN 5"/38 shells.

HH needs to be removed from blitz. That shouldnt be too hard to code and they really mess things up worse then they are already.

I don't think HH should be allowed to be used against any surface ship, that said, I don't know what the fix would be either.

The coding shouldn't actually be that hard to do, it would be similar to how AA shells don't do any damage to surface ships. The only problem with that would mean if the shells actually hit a ship before hitting the water and dispensing the HH, you would lose that HH. So a 7-shell salvo could quickly turn into a 2 or 3-shell salvo because 4 shells hit a ship...
