ljsevern	Obviously the RU BB1 and UK Nelson should be coded as exceptions. While its funny watching a player with no scout begging for sight, its sad and is leaching in my opinion. I would also support BB's being required to run a scout.

May I ask what ship and which tier scout you were using?

Sometimes, using the Tier 3 or Tier 4 scout rather than the T5 can be beneficial.

Hi Normpearii. Lv 90(T4) on H41. Even when I roll in my H44 I prefer Lv90(T4). With H41/H39 195 aircraft space, T3 also 4, I had tried T2 (5 aircraft) but its fuel time is very short and very weak. I'm not saying I always run out of scouts, just out of them more frequent.

Back to topic.

Sometimes having/loading up scouts is useless too if ur one the few last bbs, when ur out of them eventually the teams with 'more helpfull cvs' would win. Another scenario, no matter how good u scouts, it doesn't matter if u sunk early by SS5/SS6. If many of my mates doesn't load scouts, it's a quick end game, not a problem for me, just join another room and hope I get (play) better.

For me ; "Scouts HELP sight, fighters WIN sight!"

If u guys agree to penalty on BBs players for not loading the weakest aircraft class aka scouts, then I suggest penalty for CVs not loading the best aircraft class aka Fighters.

Put it this way, every CL CA and BB need a scout and every CV need fighters. Bombers are ok but they dont kill the hostile fighters and that can be a problem. the Cl CA and BB that use scouts are using their brains but when cvs on the team only have bombers..... its a true loss and waste of time.

1 more thing, sometimes having a few SS players can help the BBs have some sight and thats better than nothing at all.
