"What is the Newest nation to be added to the game?"

Does the above according to proper english rules mean that a new nation is to be added to the game?

If the question was like "What WAS the newest nation added to the game?" , then the answer would have been RM!

Someone please enlighten me.

I thought they meant which NEW nation is GOING to be in the game. So I answered none of the above.

Not the NEWEST nation that was ALREADY implemented in game. That would be Italy indeed.

Well since all of those are already in the game, it would be rather silly, wouldn't it? For once, it's your fault for having poor reading comprehension, not SDE's.

You are correct only if they do not have "none of the above" as an answer choice.  Who knows what is in SDE's mind and what they may add in the future.  This is like multiple choices questions in national exams.  Questions with the answer "none of the above" are the most confusing.  National test associations and organizations have advised (or outlawed) this type of questions in the US.
