Probebly most of you guys wont agree but here goes.

So as you know there are alot of noob players on high lvl ships. The reason is because they get there too quickly.
They dont learn the game properly and thus cause alot of frustration to other players. If we make it more of a challange
to get to the higher lvl ships, more people will learn the game properly and not line fight in a BB5 (Ive seen it ALOT).

By doing so it will also reduce the number of BB5s and CV5s, making it easier for lower lvl BBs and CVs. So in a way this
will solve 2 things.... but as i said most people are grinders and wont like this at all.

Simply put Lower exp = Longer grinding = more experience players who know what theyre doing = more fun for everyone.
And yes the longer grinding part is something i dont like aswell but with the number of people who dont know what
their doing, theres really no fun in NF.

You are crazy. Its already slow as hell to lvl, and you want to make it even slower? If NF was a good game that might work, but its not, and there are lots of things to change here. I have been playing many MMO games, and I know what lvling means. Killing monsters just to get 0.01% EXP.

All I want to say, that NF is not a rewarding game for grinding. You get a ship, your happy, you go join a battle and loose. Then you get a new ship, and loose again. You keep getting new ships, and for all the time, you keep loosing.. just to finally notice that you have BB6, and you just lost again.

What makes people spend so much time in MMO to lvl, is that they feel, and see the progress they make in game. Sooner or later, they will be in top.

In NF? I noticed there is no top, because no matter what, theres always someone better.

I have no problems with unskilled players.

And this DEFINITELY wont be fun. Will only make more players leave this game.

Guys i did say Longer grind = more fun but what i meant was that since it takes a while to get to a ship people start learning their ships better... thus when they reach BB5 or something they know how to play. Thus makes it more fun for everyone.

Ive been here long enough to notice that every time people started complaining about exp... they raised the exp and more high lvl noobs came around.... its been going like that for years now... and i think were now up to a point that we might aswell all have BB6/CV6 instantly since skillwise it wont matter.

I did expect responses like this. I did read all of the guides (well most of em) to know how to play my ships. Youll always have people that dont. But when i see people that were good at some point go noob overtime, that bothers me.

This was just an idea...didnt expect anyone to agree with this. But hey its a SUGGESTION. If you dont like it dont post. And dont bother the mods to close it everytime you see something that you dont agree to.

Anyway... i tried... im out of here.

NF needs higher exp gain if anything. New player turnover is crazy in this game and many new players get chased away by the daunting exp grind. Only the hardcore players stick it out.

Subs get their six at level 75, argument invalid.

some people with very average skills but apparently lots of free time can get BB6 in a month or so.

So yes, they have very little experience in them when they get them.

On prem, when I grinded my first BB6, on an awesome 250k+ game you'd get a bit less xp than gold currently receive for 100k or so.

New people are not likely to invest a majority of a month to get a BB6. You really want this game to die?

You can't just lower or just increase EXP.

The whole system needs overhauled.

My idea I have posted up for example lowers EXP game for players not effectively scoring (Under 100k or 8k plane credits) While however those scoring 200k+ see an increase. This allows players to learn their ships before moving on, if you get it off the bat and score high constantly, they will pass the grind quickly. If you don't, they'll get a chance to learn their ship.

The game is dying faster since xp increase faster.

Maybe I'm just illogic, but if I have a problem, and try something to settle it, to only notice it worsen, I normally do not take the step to just add more of what I just did, since NORMALLY it will worsen AGAIN in the worse case, and otherwise it won't do anything (the worsening problem continue to worsen)

Putting a band aid on the left hand while they right hand is bleeding just won't help. Put a 2nd, well hey, it doesnt work better. Go figure.

Quiet you, it's a generalization that is important in creating a new EXP system you *hidden*.

rather than tell him "Quiet you" grow argument to support your points rather than try to show off an e-peen that would make a squirrel laugh.

Generalizations need to be made for a system or else noone will know what baseline to follow.

This follows the idea that we can either increase or decrease exp.

He needs to stop advertising his thread.
