Okay time to end this sailor death rant.
In Op Convoy, it is the ONLY game mode where sailors are actually removed DURING battle and not just the results screen. killed sailors are removed EACH TIME YOU SINK PLUS THE END OF ROUNDS. So say you lose 10 experts and sink, sailors removed, respawn, lose another 5, this time 5 are removed the next time you sink and you respawn again, and note only during the first life per round does it tell you of all your sailor death.
(It still after the first time sinking will occasionally tell you of sailor death but most of the time the message will not show up)
Short Version: So if you sink (Or a round ends) killed sailors are removed.
Op Convoy, since its introduction (If I remember right in 2006 in Area 8 then moved in 2007 or 2008 to Area 7 and 12) has been the most bugged game mode, barely ahead of Harbor Assaults in the number of bugs it contains....
List of major bugs (and unwanted features): Sailors removed DURING battle instead of end (little chance to save crew) If anyone leaves the room, crashes or DCs, everyone receives bare minimum exp (Normally 3k) and both teams receive loss messages. Sound settings are reset each time you sink (Annoying). (Since HHs introduction), a Moltke that knows what he's doing with HHs can guard the goals, take the cargo and just one shot anything while maintaining high speed (Opps I shouldn't have told everyone to do that). Rooms can (Occasionally) Crash between rounds. After first time sinking per round most sailor death messages do not appear. More to post later, too tired to continue lol
