I personally fixed this issue. You cannot fit BB5 guns on EBB5s WITH ammo, tuning components or not, I assure you.

R/T Mount space increase removed.

R/T mount ammo space decrease changed to increased ammo per bind.

 

So, all gun space modifying components were removed or replaced. Players are once again unable to manipulate mount space.

This is why I made the Q&A, I was expecting players to raise concerns about specific aspects of the system for me to tell people about how things have been balanced and to make sure as many issues have been addressed as possible. I thought it would be better than just listing all the changes that have been made, but if TNF don't do so when the system is actually released then players will just have to discover for themselves.

What exactly is your problem with the tuning system? If you say it's ptw, give me exact details of how these are any more powerful than elite sailors or boosts.
