  • Why do you personally not come to test sessions?

Hey everyone. Just an open question.

We need people to help with battletesting and give their opinions on them during
test sessions. Obviously, if you couldn't make this weekends due to a one off event,
that isn't the point of the thread, its for those that don't attend whatsoever.

Is it because you would rather gain exp on the main server? (A valid point, if that is
your opinion, please tell us that).

Is it due to lack of rewards?

Is it due to the account system there, and having to class all the crew?

Is it due to technical issues?

Or, are you just not interested (again, a valid point)?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On top of that, not many people partake in the test server discussion board. What
are the reasons for that?

Angus said,

"On a serious note, the lack of any interest will mean that the testing server will be shut
down if it isn't used. "

Good

Because in this game it dosn't matter if you take the time to honestly give ballance
idea or list anything for improvment.

It seems that if SDE dosn't want it it will not happen. Why wast my time when the
company dosn't listen to the players. (you could say "we have test server so
players can have a voice") {that could be true but I have personaly not seen SDE
give a **** so I will not wast my time}

There isn't an issue of people taking up account space at the moment. We need bodies that
can play BB rooms with us so we can work out how ships play in different environments. We
can obviously theorise without this, but its far more accurate if we can actually get in the
ships and play battles with them.

To clarify; We need people to play BB battles with us and review ships (and eventually
CA/CL/DD when we get down to them!)

I'm not very good at compairing ships. For example, the only range differences I can
actively feel is between BB tiers (BB5 v. 6). That stuff yall talk about: toughness,
submergence, turning force, etc... I have no feedback for it. If I did test, I'd just be
doing it for fun and potentially taking up a valuable account that someone who actually
knows what they're doing and who has valuable feedback.

I'm in the GMT time zone. I can't make a horrible time like that Elliot, not at that short
notice.

The best time for tests would be Fri/Sat/Sunday at London HA time (or the hour after)

When a company asks the gamers to work for them and pay them game
credits...............you get what you pay for -.-

@Adamai

The whole point of these test sessions is to fix balance.
