  • Remove 1 Harbor per fleet rule

SDE put this rule in without consulting the player base from what I've seen. No fleet is
capable of holding all four harbors, or even 3. If one fleet does dominate a server, feel
free to put restrictions in, but until that happens, leave the HA system alone.

Even though my fleet doesnt own a harbor at the moment, I feel sorry for those fleet who
aren't getting attacked on a regular basis, who practically dont get to play HA.

Do it in same way like on EU. No repairing of fleet ships till end of last HA. And One-
fleet one-harbour will be useless.

This feature need to be solve.
Because if the biggest leet hold and only defend harbor = boring...like NF

it has to be one harbour, it gives the smaller fleets a shot at getting one..

in the newyork server if you are not part of the fleet occupying the harbour then you
simply wont ever own one.

2Harbors per fleet would sound good.
In my opinion, HAs are mainly about fighting of 2 big forces and having fun. The rest is
just prestige and rentals...

It just sucks, when youre watching small fleets trying to push over 50BB6 wall. And thats
whats going on in London/MO. I mean, ok, theyve got right to attack anytime, but what
about strong defending fleet? Shouldnt we deserve some equal opponent? Should we die from
boredom? Thats exactly what someone wants I believe...

Remove the Rule For arizona if the misorui players and Ny players are worried
arizona has 5-6 fleets that are Ha ready i dont know if this is different from other
servers. it seems that misori and New York have 2-3???????. This is not arizona's fault
and why should we suffer that all of the highest lvl players on those servers compact into
2 fleets. Arizona is different the Highest lvl and Highest skilled players is spread out
through the best ha fleets. Orp,Jedi,Relic,TT,Nato,Armada Chile,Ara,Flota Galega

Recommended because NY sees so few HAs, and before this Vets and TC would occasionally
attack eachother.

I think the on harbor rule is fine, makes better play and for MO servers maybe
something can be worked out with SDE to make a rule to benifeit that server, in az
there are alot more player base, and 1 harbor ownership is the right way to go

Recommended. Maybe we can re kickstart MO HAs. We are getting nowhere since about 2 weeks
after it became 1 harbor per fleet.
