Since a lot of people are talking about HA related Banning things I was thinking of a
scenario that could of easily happened on either server. Here it goes...

Say Fleet A takes a harbor that is undefended from when Harbor Assaults started back
up.Fleet A has about 40-50 members when they attack.

Then next week's declaration Fleet B attacks Fleet A. Fleet B has 20 members when they
declared and still has less than 30 when they do the Harbor Assault.

Fleet A has now about 60ish members when this Harbor Assault goes on, but they only have
16 accounts that are BB5/CV5+ and of those they only have 7 that are either CV6 or BB6.
Most players in the fleet are Blitz players or just starting to get out of blitz.

Fleet B has 16 accounts that are BB5/CV5+ and 7 of those accounts have a CV6 or BB6, and
Fleet B has multiple BB6's and/or BB6,CV6 combination on one account. Where Fleet A
doesn't have any multiples at all. Also on average Fleet B has higher level accounts than
Fleet A. Therefore Fleet B has more 120 crews and ships, but they are still under 30 people.

Now Discuss would this be a bannable offense for wasting time, or would this be a
reasonable HA since, it is about fair number of players (accounts) with high level crews?

Clemo, forum bans have never stopped anyone from getting a message to the
forums when they really wanted to. If he wants to answer it he can and will find a
way.

"Now Vick has already said he believed Rehor meant to annoy other fleets by his
declaration. Based on these two things a mod has every right to punish Rehor." Quoted from
jhemp on the 3rd page*

The problem with this statement is why everyone is up in arms and have every valid reason
to be so. Vick had THESE beliefs and personal feelings and THAT is why he went right to
the ban stick on Rehor. DID he ever give Rehor a chance to explain WHY he decided to
attack an UNOWNED harbor? NO. He BELIEVED that Rehor had the intention to annoy, but he
never gave Rehor the chance to explain his true reason and banned him immediately instead.

Vick, to be an unbiased Mod (especially as the HEAD MOD), you need to leave PERSONAL
feelings out of any rulings made. You need to consider both sides of the situation and
make your decision based on those, and ONLY those. Once you bring any personal beliefs or
feelings in, you are becoming biased, much like a lot of TNF members at this point in
time. You should be setting an example by being a fair and just Head Mod, not one who is
biased and showing other TNF members that they are allowed to be as well...

It depends on wether or not Vick11 has personal feelings for those.

There was no bans handed out when Myg0t 1 man attacked Black Sun (Please correct me if that was
the case), and there were no bans handed out when SSF dummy attacked Jedi twice.

So, are we expecting bans on those fleet leader accounts?

<facepalm>

All of his accounts have been banned, which is why he cannot chime in. Including accounts
NOT linked to Network included the rehor account.

Hence the petition in the off topic section by falcon and why people think there is a
vendetta/bad blood between rehor and the people (sadly) in charge.

Don't take what I am saying wrong, I don't know whether or not Rehor should be
banned. I am just pointing out a few things that I have picked up in this, or feel
have gone unanswered. What does Rehor have to say about all this? All anyone has
posted regarding Rehor is what Faraz posted. Rehor himself has not chimed in, and
no one has posted any official word from him.

Hell, I will just pose the question to Rehor:

Rehor, what were your intentions? Did you intend to cause grief with your
declaration?

apmonte,

Its not the whole community, it just the ones that read and post a response
here that have expressed an opinion.

Not taking sides just pointing out your error in the logic

basically, the whole community excepting KT(because they hate Rehor) and
jhempsrt4(legitimate reasoning) are telling you that you are wrong Vick. Like I have told
you in our PM, you are acting foolishly.

**I'll move the bulk of my edit to here**

Read the rule that is being enforced:-
"You must have at least 30 members to declare harbor assault, having less than
this means you will have no chance of winning and will most likely lead to wasting
the defending fleets time."

Vick11 is not enforcing the rule correctly, and he is also enforcing it due to a small
proportion of people complaining. As proven by how many people are against the ruling and
how many have defended the ruling on these forums.

It looks more like a personal vendetta than enforcing a rule correctly. Although I do not
know of the background behind a bad relationship between the two.

Sindher, I know of at least one other. I don't know if they are big enough to hold,
but I know they intend to try and take it.

Clemo, I have no idea man, a mod has to answer that.
