Yes that's why SS4s were sold during the MN/SN Balance Patch. To Change SS4 torp damage and dud rates to prepare for SS5s.

Yeah the Subs have been effect but what i cant tell is how bad or good... testing is harder since trying to get old data before the patch.... And it seems US torps for subs where buffed...
Also I'll test the air time for IJN KM and UK 4 & 3 ill post the info as soon as i can (ETA by 3rd or lasted 4th since i have to goto school to finish some stuff at school

Dont forgot it matters where u hit the ship... I would tell you but we dont need any more good sub players out there when its 10 subs per game now with the HH drops ended... Last thing i need is all thos BB drivers who dont put any bulge on complaining o no sub killed me.... When they could run 255B and Tank 8 Torps & laugh at subs as they fire.

Actually, i dont think there was something bad with subs, because i still killing normally. At least, there was ninja buff on US and SN. It seems, that Soviet nations torpedoes are hitting harder now, i dont know if its me, or they just did. but about the Duds, there was always duds, its probably your good luck has been ninja nerfed by life. =)

Yesterday, I had to put 16 torps in a big fat SN BB. Would not sink, with salvo, after salvo of torps, it just motored along smoking.

I finally ran out of front torps and had to sink him with a rear torp....after chasing him and running out of air.

Oh dang it! I thought you ment they removed the SS4 from the game... too bad.
