  • CONSIDERATIONS on the Event

I believe that this event is extremely unfavorable for players to submarines. in 5-day event only twice have I been able
to play
and earn 200% experience with submarines, since the other 3 days, the rooms were banned this type of ship.
I believe that the submarines are usually already so penalized (I speak of the enormous diversity, for example,
between the experience
gained from a sub compared to any other vessel of the same level. Same thing with regard
Credits and Points), so I was hoping that at least the event was the same for everyone ..... but it's worse here, I can
not even
attend !!!!! Of course I know perfectly well that I can open another type of room ... the problem is that nobody
ever will participate in a regular room to another when there is a GAIN of 200% experience ..... so??
Simple, do not play! I would like to know what you think the other players. Sorry for my bad English, but I am ITALIAN.

Yeah subs are restricted with this event but I believe this event is to break the grinds and offer some change in game styles. So play with your other crew and level them up. If you are so keen on leveling your SS crew buy a premium ship or hop in your EBB. If you cannot do any of them because you only have submarines and sub crews, then suffer.

SS were introduced later in the game, after most game modes were created. So as you can imagine, most game modes don't consider SS in them. Since they were introduced later in the game, exp formula also leaves them out and the exp they get is either too high (before torp exp went to shared), or too low (now that torp is shared).

I understand your point and I would love for SS to have their own Select Mode or at least have the chance to get enough exp/credits/points as everyone else can, but there is a lot of work still to be done in order to make SS fully fit in the game.

For now, as a player I can only say I'm sorry that they are left out, but it's understandable since they weren't initially considered to be part of the game... I'm sure that in time and with the effort of GMs, TNF and the people in the test server, they will find a place and enjoy all the benefits BB and CV players have in this game.

@ Nyerkovic:
your arguments are very valid, in the same way, however I'm glad you understand my reasons

My considerations were only the type of event. I hope you do not start crying when you find yourself in front of my 8 torpedo tubes .... ehehehehehe

Less subs the better, level up a BB crew or something. (This is a perfect opportunity to do so, or even a CV crew if you prefer)

not all players have the skill or may have so sort of handcap
whith have made them choose the ss line to play

now as for the last events
cv event alot of cv came to play good for cv and for all alot of battles but now cv's are gone
general exp events good for all
events whith item dorps good for all exept for all the free phh thats bad for ss

this events
blitz event good for low lvl players or to start a new line not for ss ther are no ss in blitz
night battle good for all but not for ss no ss in night battle and even if ss player use a PBB OR CA
most ss players dont have gunners just torpedomen
GB1 good for all including ss
GB2 the same as GB1
select mode only good for the selected mode ships and when i play today nobody is playing it
not good for ss no select mode for ss
and then there is op convoy not yet in use as event but noboby ever play it and ss cant join

so to be a ss player is not the the best play u can get and the exp is whith perm and the 200% 35k max at lvl117
and that is if your the only ss in ur team and nobody use torps els its sheard exp

Exactly, subs takes a significantly lower amount of skill to play so why should subs be rewarded anyway?

Splid
Every time there is a CV event everyone suffers due to CVs going off to AB in their CV Select Mode.

The fact is, someone loses out every time there is an XP or credit event of some sort. It just so happens that it is subs this time, instead of the usual... Everyone except CVs.

The other thing you have to consider is that around 80% of players in this game are stupid... They see the word XP flash up and just flood to those rooms with no understanding of events. For example in the past, GB1 offered better XP than GB2 due to lower waiting times and less win/lose problems, but no-one would play GB1 because they were too stupid to realise it...
